These terms apply to your use of the ClientFinch website and service, which is operated by Arwenus LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (EIN 61-2117863), whose registered office is at 1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use ClientFinch on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

ClientFinch lets you search public Companies House data, view company profiles, save companies to a private shortlist, add notes and export your saved leads.

We may improve, change or withdraw features from time to time.

  • You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.

The Free plan is available at no cost and includes up to 5 company detail views per day. The Pro plan is £49 per month, billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe), and gives unlimited access. You can cancel at any time from your account settings and will keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are in GBP. We may introduce reasonable fair-use limits with notice.

Company information is retrieved from the Companies House Public Data API and contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We do not create or verify this information. It may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate, and registered office addresses may not be trading addresses. Always check information that matters before relying on it.

The service may be affected by the availability of the Companies House API, including its rate limits and maintenance periods.

You must use ClientFinch in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. In particular, you are responsible for making sure any outreach you carry out complies with UK GDPR, PECR and other applicable laws.

Notes you write remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Do not include sensitive personal data in notes.

The ClientFinch name, logo, website design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.

We aim to keep ClientFinch available and working well, but we provide the service “as is” and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any lead will result in business.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or £100.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that puts the service or other users at risk. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction.

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@clientfinch.co.uk or through our contact form.
