Company facts
Company records come from Companies House. Sector, registered-office location and incorporation date help you organise a focused search.
About ClientFinch
ClientFinch brings UK company records, Verified Websites, automated website findings and available public contact emails into one prospecting workflow. We help you understand the context; you decide which opportunities to pursue.
What we do
A company directory can identify a business. A website issue can suggest a service that may help. ClientFinch connects those two pieces, so agencies and independent providers can prioritise research with a specific observation in view.
The process is automated: company discovery, website matching, focused technical checks and opportunity summaries do not depend on manual ClientFinch research. We analyse 1,000 new websites daily; some Verified Websites are awaiting analysis, and some completed analyses identify no opportunities.
Saved leads and private notes keep your own priorities alongside that research. Available contact emails come from the company’s public website. ClientFinch does not send messages, book meetings or guarantee clients.
The product in context
Company records come from Companies House. Sector, registered-office location and incorporation date help you organise a focused search.
High-confidence matching links eligible Active companies to websites using supporting identity and location evidence. It does not independently prove domain ownership.
ClientFinch analyses 1,000 new websites every day. Available findings connect observed website issues with potential relevance to your services.
Where available, company pages show business contact emails collected from the company’s own website, with links to the pages where they were found.
For matching, source attribution, coverage and the limits of automated checks, see our methodology. For email availability and responsible use, see company contact emails.
Editorial approach
Our product pages and guides explain what ClientFinch provides and where further judgement or research is needed. These are the standards we use when describing the product.
Company facts are attributed to Companies House. Website findings refer to observed pages, and contact emails have source-page links where available. Our guides distinguish product features from optional research using other tools.
A technical observation can suggest a useful service, but cannot establish purchase intent. Active is a legal status, not proof of trading; incorporation date is not evidence of revenue or budget.
Our guides explain the scope of the product and the checks it supports. For a prospect, review the available findings and contact sources. Websites and public records can change after collection.
We welcome reports of inaccurate product copy, source information or website matches. Include the page or company URL and explain the correction so it can be assessed against the relevant evidence.
Guides are published under the ClientFinch name. We do not present fictional authors, professional credentials or customer results. Technical guidance and outreach information should be assessed for your circumstances; they do not replace a full technical audit or professional legal advice.
