Company contact emails

A business contact. With the source in view.

Review available contact emails alongside the UK company, its Verified Website and any website findings. ClientFinch collects addresses published on the company’s own website and shows the source page, so you can assess the context before choosing your next step.

Context before contact

Keep company research and contact details together.

Published by the business

Addresses are collected from the company’s own public website. They are not guessed from an employee name or supplied by Companies House.

A source you can review

Open the source-page link in company details to see where an address was found. Review its context and check date before deciding how to use it.

Available emails in Pro exports

Carry available contact emails into your own spreadsheet or CRM with a Pro CSV export. ClientFinch does not send messages on your behalf.

The workflow

From relevant company to informed next step.

  1. Find a company that fits

Search UK companies with Verified Websites using name, SIC code, registered-office location and incorporation date. Review available website findings to decide whether the business suits your services.

  2. Open available contact emails

Company details show business email addresses found on the company’s public website. Contact discovery is automated and separate from website opportunity analysis, so their availability can differ.

  3. Check the published source

Follow the source link beside an address to review the page where it was collected. General business addresses are prioritised; some published addresses may identify a person or use a common mailbox provider.

  4. Keep the useful context

Save the company with a private note. Pro subscribers can include available emails in saved-lead and search-result CSV exports. You decide any next step through your own communication channels.

Use the context

Published does not mean permission.

  • Contact discovery honours robots.txt and does not log in, submit contact forms or guess addresses.
  • General business addresses are prioritised, but some published contacts may identify a person or use a common mailbox provider.
  • Availability and mailbox deliverability are not guaranteed. Websites and contact information can change after collection.
  • A public address does not establish consent to marketing or a wish to buy services. You choose any outreach and must assess the applicable rules.

Questions

Company contact emails, explained.

Where do these email addresses come from?

ClientFinch collects business contact emails publicly published on the company’s own website, including pages such as its homepage, contact page or about page. The company page shows the source URL where available. Companies House is the source for company records, not these email addresses.

Does every company have a contact email?

No. A business may not publish an address, the relevant pages may not be accessible, or contact discovery may not be complete. An empty contact section does not establish that the business has no email address.

Are the addresses verified or guaranteed to work?

No. Public publication is the evidence for an address; ClientFinch does not verify mailbox deliverability or guarantee that a message will reach the intended person. Review the source page and the available check date before relying on it.

Can I view emails on the Free plan?

Yes. Available contact emails are included within Free’s five distinct company detail views per UTC day. Pro costs £49 per month, removes the daily detail-view limit and adds CSV export with available emails.

Do CSV exports include the email source URLs?

No. Pro exports include available email addresses in an Emails column. Source-page links remain in company details. Saved-lead exports include your notes; filtered search-result exports include up to 1,000 matching companies per export.

Does a published business address mean I can send marketing?

Not by itself. Some addresses identify an individual, and public availability does not establish marketing consent. You must assess the rules that apply to your intended contact and respect objections. ClientFinch does not send messages or run outreach campaigns.
